PHOENIX, Ariz. – Two WNBA stars have been arrested following a domestic assault.

According to AZ Central, Phoenix Mercury star Brittney Griner and her fiancee, WNBA player Glory Johnson, got into an argument inside their home.

Several people say they tried to break up the fight, but ended up calling police.

Griner and Johnson were both arrested on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct.

Griner was key in helping the Mercury win the 2014 WNBA title and was named the league’s Defensive Player of the Year.

Johnson was a forward last year with the Tulsa Shock.

The pair announced their engagement late last summer.
