LEXINGTON, Ky. – A nanny in Kentucky is facing charges after a mother claimed that she physically abused a special needs child.
Lillian White was arrested on Monday after police received a complaint from Tiffany Fields, the child’s mother.
Tiffany Fields’ 4-year-old son Luke has Down Syndrome, heart defects and epilepsy, which means he needs constant care.
After Luke’s behavior started to change, Fields decided to set up a nanny cam while she was away.
The family’s attorney told LEX 18 that White was seen sitting on Luke’s chest as she changed his diaper, she dragged him on the floor and flipped him over.
White was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal abuse.
