According to the Norman Transcript, emergency crews in Norman were called to an accident involving a SUV and a motorcycle near State Highway 9 and I-35 around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday.

When police arrived, they found a motorcyclist in a grassy area next to the road with significant injuries.

The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital where he later died.

Officials say the driver of the SUV, 24-year-old Kaitlyn Romo, was also transported to the hospital for treatment.
