According to investigators, not only did Maria die after an altercation with her boyfriend, so did her unborn baby.

Maria Gonzales was found inside a home on S.E. 56th street early last month.

When paramedics arrived to check on Gonzales, they began CPR.

After some investigating, it was determined that she and her boyfriend got into a fight and she collapsed.

She was then transported to the hospital where she died a few days later.

NewsChannel 4 called the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office and are told charges are not going to be filed against Gonzales’ boyfriend.

According to police, the Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled this case a homicide.
