It’s Christmas, and Santa’s mailbox is full of letters from little ones.

Most of the letters ask for the best of the holiday’s presents for themselves.

One young patient asked for billions of presents – but not “for me” – and another that can’t be wrapped.

“I want every child in the world to get a present, even just one,” the letter read. “I want every kid (and parent) to be excited and happy on Christmas day.”

The Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta posted the letter to Facebook on Dec. 17, and it has touched the hearts of many.

“The spirit of the season,” the pediatric hospital posted. “By way of a pencil and a patient wise beyond her years.”

The girl’s sweet and selfless wish concluded by assuring Santa it really “isn’t such a big deal. :)”
