Young woman entertains delayed flight by singing “Over the Rainbow”

DENVER, Colo. - When you board your flight and learn that it is delayed, many people begin to worry.

You'll often see passengers look at their watches to see just how late they will be arriving at their destination.

However, flight attendants in Denver decided to ease some those worried passengers with a sweet distraction.

As a storm moved through the Denver area recently, passengers on a flight to Dallas were delayed.

At that point, the flight crew asked for any passengers with hidden talents to entertain the plane while they waited for the storm to pass.

Jeska Bailey was headed to Dallas for a pageant, and the people with her immediately told the flight crew that she could sing.

She walked to the front of the plane, took the speaker and began singing "Over the Rainbow."
