The Big 12 Baseball Tournament will start Wednesday at the Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City, and state college baseball fans will get Bedlam on day one.

Oklahoma and Oklahoma State will meet in a first round matchup at 4:00 Wednesday.

The two teams just finished a three-game series over the weekend, with OSU taking two of three from the Sooners on their way to clinching the regular season Big 12 title.

The Cowboys will be trying to do something they’ve never done before, which is beat OU in the Big 12 Tournament.

The Sooners are 8-0 against OSU in the Big 12 Tournament, but getting win number 9 won’t be easy.

OSU won the Big 12 regular season title and is expected to host a regional, while OU struggled just to make the top eight in the conference standings to make the Big 12 Tournament and are just 28-27 on the season.

The Big 12 Tournament is a double elimination event, with the field separated into two four-team brackets.

The winners of the two brackets will meet in the championship game on Sunday at the Bricktown Ballpark.

Here’s the complete schedule for the first day of the tournament:

(3) Kansas vs. (6) West Virginia                 9:00 am

(2) TCU vs. (7) Baylor                              12:30 pm

(1) Oklahoma State vs. (8) Oklahoma         4:00 pm

(4) Texas Tech vs. (5) Texas                      7:30 pm
