Big 12 Championship Means a Lot Even If Bedlam Winner Doesn’t Make Playoff

Bedlam football on Saturday in Norman will produce the Big 12 champion, but in all likelihood, the winner won't advance to the College Football Playoff.

Oklahoma is #9 in the latest CFP rankings, and Oklahoma State is #10, so with all those teams ahead of them, it will be difficult to climb into the top four to get into the semifinals.

For the coaches, however, winning the Big 12 championship is still very meaningful.

Kickoff is set for 11:30 am on Saturday, December 3 at Owen Field.
