The Sooner Caravan made its annual Tulsa stop on Tuesday night, June 7, and OU head football coach Bob Stoops met the media for the first since the Big 12 meetings last week, which produced several interesting decisions.

One was the Big 12 voting to allow walk-ons who transfer to not lose a year of eligibility, which affects OU quarterback Baker Mayfield.

Stoops addressed that decision, saying it's the right thing to do and he was optimistic the rule would be changed.
