The Oklahoma State football team met with the media in Phoenix, Arizona on, Wednesday, December 31 to preview the Cactus Bowl.

OSU will face off with the University of Washington on, Friday, January 2 with kick off set for 9:15 p.m. CT.

The Cowboys have played the Huskies two other times before the bowl, with each team winning at home.

Washington head coach Chris Peterson is known for calling some effective trick plays during his career, something Mike Gundy and OSU are well aware of.

Peterson said he's already been impressed with the play of Cowboy quarterback Mason Rudolph as just a freshman.

Bob Barry Jr. has both stories from Phoenix.
