Oklahoma State’s Viktor Hovland was named the winner of the Ben Hogan Award as the nation’s top college golfer on Monday night in Fort Worth, Texas.

Hovland is the top-ranked golfer in the nation and becomes the sixth Cowboy to win the award and the first since Peter Uihlein in 2011.
