Sooners Close Out 2014 With Rout of George Mason

Oklahoma’s men’s basketball team held George Mason to just 30 percent shooting on their way to a 61-43 win at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman on Wednesday.

Oklahoma was in control the whole game, but didn’t shoot well either, making just 39 percent from the field.

Buddy Hield led the Sooners with 17 points.

Isaiah Cousins added 11 points and was the only other Sooner in double figure scoring.

The Patriots were 0-for-14 from three-point range.

Oklahoma improves to 9-3 on the season.

The Sooners host Baylor in the Big 12 opener Saturday at 3:00 in Norman.
