The University of Oklahoma officially introduced Skip Johnson as its new head baseball coach on Tuesday.

Johnson had been OU's pitching coach last season and replaces Pete Hughes, who was forced to resign after four seasons.

Johnson spent 10 seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Texas, and before that was head coach at Navarro Junior College for 13 years.
