Dallas Duo Fuel OSU Men In TCU Win

Dallas area natives Marcus Smart and Phil Forte combined for 40 points, seven steals, 11 rebounds and 11 assists in Oklahoma State’s 76-54 win at TCU.

Three of the Cowboys top four scorer’s in the game hail from the Dallas metroplex.

Smart scored 15 of his 17 points after halftime as OSU improved to 18-10 and 6-9 in Big 12 play.

Forte had a game-high 23 points and hit five three pointers for Travis Ford’s club.

Oklahoma State picked up what many experts called “a must-win game” to keep their NCAA tournament hopes alive.

OSU hosts Kansas on Saturday, March 1, tip-off is set for 8:00 p.m. CT.
