Early Signing Day Nets Bevy of In-State Signees for OU and OSU

In the first early signing day period for college football, both Oklahoma and Oklahoma State reeled in large classes with many in-state recruits.

Oklahoma signed 17 players, six of them from Oklahoma.

14 of the 17 are rated as four-star recruits.

Oklahoma State signed 23 players, seven of those from Oklahoma.

The traditional signing day will take place on February 7, but neither Oklahoma school will have very many spots open to sign more players.
