Eddie Sutton Honored by Arkansas

Former Oklahoma State basketball coach Eddie Sutton was honored by the University of Arkansas on Saturday night inside Bud Walton Arena.

Sutton coached at Arkansas from 1974-1985 winning 260 games, appearing in the NCAA tournament nine times which included a Final Four appearance in 1978.

The Razorbacks honored Sutton with a simple banner inscribed with his name.

The 79 year old has more than 800 career wins and is a finalist for the Basketball Hall of Fame. Sutton will find out in April if he will be enshrined this year.
