John Marshall Head Coach Rashaun Woods was handed the tough task of turning the Bears into a winner again. He led the team to 4 victories last season and narrowly missed the playoffs last year.

Not bad for a team that didn't win a game in 2012 and hasn't had an All-Stater since 1996.

Now as the team attempts to make the next step towards the playoffs, Woods has called on his former OSU teammate and 9 year NFL veteran Tight End Billy Bajema to help lead the team.

Bajema, who won a Super Bowl with the Ravens in 2012, is coaching the offensive and defensive lines for John Marshall.

In the video above, Dylan Buckingham tells us how Bajema came to be a coach as well as the impact he's already made on the field.
