Oklahoma can against UConn

Oklahoma’s baseball team bookended their game against Connecticut in the NCAA regional in Blacksburg, Virginia, on Saturday, scoring three runs in the first, then two in the 12th to beat the Huskies 5-3.

Max White delivered a triple to score Craig Aikin in the top of the 12th to put the Sooners ahead 4-3. The Sooners advance to the regional final, and will play at 4:30 on Sunday and will play the winner of Sunday’s elimination game between Virginia Tech and Connecticut.

If OU wins Sunday, they advance to the super regional next weekend. If they lose, they’ll play again on Monday.
