The Oklahoma City Thunder led the entire game in a 101-90 victory over the Portland Trailblazers on Monday, April 13, and kept their hopes of making the NBA playoffs alive.

After the New Orleans Pelicans beat the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday night, OKC now faces a win or go home scenario in their regular season finale at Minnesota on Wednesday, April 15.

To grab the eighth and final playoff spot in the NBA’s western conference, the Thunder needs to beat the Timberwolves and hope the New Orleans Pelicans lose at home to the San Antonio Spurs.

After having a 16th technical rescinded and having a one game suspension lifted, Russell Westbrook scored a game high 36 points, pulled down 11 rebounds and passed out seven assists in the Thunder win.

Thunder big man Enes Kanter was already in double figures scoring after the first quarter and finished with 27 points plus 13 rebounds.

Dion Waiters scored 13 points and Anthony Morrow added 11 points off the bench.
