The Thunder and Grizzlies begin their third playoff series in four year Saturday when Memphis visits OKC.

The Thunder handled the Grizz in their four regular season meetings winning three of four match ups.

Since 2011, OKC and Memphis have met 27 times. The Thunder barely hold the edge over the Grizzlies 14-13.

Priority one for the Thunder will be slowing down Memphis' towering duo of Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph.

Both teams say they are healthy and ready to go for the first round after both battled the injury bug throughout the regular season.

Despite the Thunder being the 2 seed and Memphis being a 7 seed, Thunder Head Coach Scott Brooks says you can throw seeding out the window because of how tough the Western Conference is.

It's becoming a tradition that the two meet up in the playoffs. Memphis knocked the Thunder out last season in 5 games. Both teams have yet to call their annual showdown a rivalry, but Thunder Forward Nick Collison says emotions are high during these games.

Tip for Game 1 on Saturday at the Peake is set for 8:30.
