Norma, a hurricane off the west coast of Mexico, continues to weaken after achieving category 4 strength. Over the weekend, it will continue to slowly move north over Mexico and toward the U.S.
Tuesday, rain and storms will begin in western Oklahoma spreading east through the day. Rain will continue through early Thursday bringing the potential for a drought-helping 1-5″!
